Enormous amounts of beautiful and good materials are thrown away in the world today. ATTER is a series of cushions based on materials I believe deserve a second chance. The covers are made from high-quality upholstery fabrics that would otherwise be discarded—dead stock textile samples or scraps too small to be used in larger products. The inner cushions are made from recycled feathers and down from duvets and pillows – collected, cleaned, and prepared for new years of use by Norsk Dun. The cushions are designed and handmade by me and no two are exactly alike.
